直立逆流式洗滌塔是一種被廣泛應用于酸堿尾氣處理,例如HCL、SO2、H2SO4及NH3等酸堿性氣體,廣泛用于PCB、TFT- LCD等電子行業,金屬酸洗電鍍行業、垃圾除臭、化工制藥等行業廢氣處理。
采用洗滌塔處理,技術成熟,運行穩定,處理效果好的工藝方法。該方法可對多種氣體成分進行多級連續處理,它的適應性廣泛。該工藝適用于處理大氣量,高濃度的酸堿性氣體。它的特點是最大限度增加氣液相接觸,增進氣液相傳質速率,達到高效處理的目的。在化學洗滌吸收工藝中,可根據氣體濃度和成分的變化,改變藥劑的濃度和投加量,降低運行費用,提高處理效率。
工作原理:
廢氣經集氣罩、管道收集后,利用離心風機引入洗滌塔處理設備中,再通過離心風機將氣體送至煙囪系統,然后對處理之潔凈空氣進行高空排放。
洗滌塔處理廢氣條件是在一定的溫度和壓力下,設備循環噴淋系統中裝置高壓噴嘴,填充材料采用高效填充材料,使噴液能達到霧化狀態。在氣液相開始接觸時,組份開始溶解即吸收,隨著時間的延長及溶液中吸收質濃度不斷增大,吸收速度會不斷減慢,而解析的速度卻不斷增加。接觸到某一時刻,吸收速度和解析速度相等,氣液相間的傳遞達到平衡——相平衡。達到相平衡時表示溶解過程停止。因此此時需要更換潔凈洗滌液,否則溶液中已被吸收的組份也可能由液相重新逸回氣相,形成解析。

Working principle:
After the exhaust gas is collected through the gas collecting cover and pipeline, the centrifugal fan is introduced into the washing tower treatment equipment, and the gas is sent to the chimney system through the centrifugal fan, and then the treated clean air is discharged at high altitude.
The waste gas condition of the washing tower is under certain temperature and pressure, the equipment circulating spray system high pressure nozzle, the filling material uses the high efficient filling material, so that the spray can reach the atomization state. When the gas-liquid phase begins to contact, the component begins to dissolve, that is, absorption. with the increase of the time and the concentration of the absorption in the solution, the absorption rate will continue to slow down, while the analytical speed is increasing. At a certain point, the absorption speed and resolution speed are equal, and the transfer between the gas-liquid phase is balanced - phase equilibrium. When the phase equilibrium is reached, the dissolution process stops. Therefore, it is necessary to replace the cleaning solution at this time, otherwise the absorbed component in the solution may be returned to the gas phase by the liquid phase, forming an analysis.
