One, a brief introduction
My company manufacturing FZS type organic waste gas direct-fired purification device, suitable for all kinds of organic pollutants treatment, such as big viscosity of organic pollutants, the catalytic combustion catalyst poisoning caused by pollutants, etc. Because of the direct-fired through high temperature (750 ℃ ~) incineration of organic pollutants, so FZS direct-fired can be secondary to discharge of high temperature gas recycling, reduce the cost of using this device has high removal rate, high degree of automation, etc.

1, process description,
Waste gas by the blower into the heat exchanger heat warming Ⅰ; Then into the preheating chamber heating, gas, after preheating chamber temperature to 750 ℃ ~ again into the burning chamber; Oxidation reaction in organic waste gas burning chamber into harmless carbon dioxide and water, and release the heat. After the reaction gas with large amounts of heat energy, in order to reduce the system energy consumption, after the reaction gas in turn into the heat exchanger Ⅰ Ⅱ cooling, switches, finally by induced draft fan at a lower temperature of the atmosphere. Meanwhile fresh air through the filter, heat exchanger Ⅱ heat warming by recycling the fan to need to heat equipment.
Heat exchanger Ⅱ can be used to preheat the fresh air or from the production line, such as drying furnace gas at low temperature, also can be used for other aspects of the heat energy supplies.
