直燃式廢氣凈化設備

一、簡述
  我公司制造的FZS型有機廢氣直燃式凈化裝置,適用于各種有機污染物的處理,如粘性大的有機污染物,對催化燃燒引起催化劑中毒的污染物等。由于直燃式是通過高溫(~750)焚燒處理有機污染物的,所以FZS直燃式可以將排出的高溫氣體進行二次回用,降低運用成本,本裝置具有去除率高,自動化程度高等特點。
二、有機廢氣直燃式凈化裝置原理
  有機廢氣直燃式凈化裝置原理為:把有機廢氣加熱升溫至750850,使有機化合物高溫氧化,分解成無害的二氧化碳和水等,從而使廢氣凈化。
三、應用范圍
  直燃式廢氣處理裝置主要用于汽車制造、化工塑料、印鐵制罐、噴漆等行業產生的三苯、酚、醛、脂、酮等有害廢氣(特別是陰極電泳產生的有機污染物或粘性高分子有機物),以直接燃燒的方式進行凈化處理,以達到環保的要求。
該裝置可以和換熱器聯合使用,以回收余熱達到節省能源之目的。
四、有機廢氣直燃式凈化及熱能回用工藝流程和裝置簡介

、流程描述
  廢氣經送風機送入熱交換器進行換熱升溫;然后進預熱室加熱,廢氣在預熱室升溫到~750后,再進入焚燒室;在焚燒室有機廢氣進行氧化反應成無害的二氧化碳和水,并放出一定的熱量。反應后的氣體帶著大量的熱能,為了降低系統能耗,反應后的氣體再依次進入熱交換器、交換器冷卻,最后以較低的溫度經引風機引出排入大氣。與此同時新鮮空氣經過濾器過濾,換熱器換熱升溫后由回用風機送入需要熱能的設備之中。
  熱交換器可以用來預熱新鮮空氣或從生產線(如烘干爐)引出的低溫氣體,也可以用作其它方面的熱能補給。
2、設備外形尺寸及技術參數

Organic waste gas direct-fired purification device principle is: the organic waste gas heating temperature to 750 ℃ ~ 750 ℃, the high temperature oxidation of organic compounds, broken down into harmless carbon dioxide and water, etc., so that the exhaust gas purification.
Three, scope of application
Direct-fired gas processing plant is mainly used in automobile manufacturing, chemical industry, plastic printing cans, paint and other industries to produce three benzene, phenol, aldehyde, ester, ketone and other harmful waste gas (especially cathode electrophoresis organic pollutants or viscous polymer organic matter), a direct combustion process for purification treatment, in order to achieve the requirements of environmental protection.
The device can be used and heat exchanger, in order to recycle waste heat to achieve the purpose of saving energy.
Four, organic waste gas purification and direct-fired heat recycling process and device profile
1, process description,
Waste gas by the blower into the heat exchanger heat warming Ⅰ; Then into the preheating chamber heating, gas, after preheating chamber temperature to 750 ℃ ~ again into the burning chamber; Oxidation reaction in organic waste gas burning chamber into harmless carbon dioxide and water, and release the heat. After the reaction gas with large amounts of heat energy, in order to reduce the system energy consumption, after the reaction gas in turn into the heat exchanger Ⅰ Ⅱ cooling, switches, finally by induced draft fan at a lower temperature of the atmosphere. Meanwhile fresh air through the filter, heat exchanger Ⅱ heat warming by recycling the fan to need to heat equipment.
Heat exchanger Ⅱ can be used to preheat the fresh air or from the production line, such as drying furnace gas at low temperature, also can be used for other aspects of the heat energy supplies.
