設備技術介紹：

      直立逆流式洗滌塔是一種被廣泛應用于酸堿尾氣處理，例如HCL、SO2、H2SO4及NH3等酸堿性氣體，廣泛用于PCB、TFT- LCD等電子行業，金屬酸洗電鍍行業、垃圾除臭、化工制藥等行業廢氣處理。

      采用洗滌塔處理，技術成熟，運行穩定，處理效果好的工藝方法。該方法可對多種氣體成分進行多級連續處理，它的適應性廣泛。該工藝適用于處理大氣量，高濃度的酸堿性氣體。它的特點是最大限度增加氣液相接觸，增進氣液相傳質速率，達到高效處理的目的。在化學洗滌吸收工藝中，可根據氣體濃度和成分的變化，改變藥劑的濃度和投加量，降低運行費用，提高處理效率。

工作原理：

      廢氣經集氣罩、管道收集后，利用離心風機引入洗滌塔處理設備中，再通過離心風機將氣體送至煙囪系統，然后對處理之潔凈空氣進行高空排放。
       洗滌塔處理廢氣條件是在一定的溫度和壓力下，設備循環噴淋系統中裝置高壓噴嘴，填充材料采用高效填充材料，使噴液能達到霧化狀態。在氣液相開始接觸時，組份開始溶解即吸收，隨著時間的延長及溶液中吸收質濃度不斷增大，吸收速度會不斷減慢，而解析的速度卻不斷增加。接觸到某一時刻，吸收速度和解析速度相等，氣液相間的傳遞達到平衡——相平衡。達到相平衡時表示溶解過程停止。因此此時需要更換潔凈洗滌液，否則溶液中已被吸收的組份也可能由液相重新逸回氣相，形成解析。

設備結構：

        洗滌塔包含以下組成部分：

       ★洗滌塔塔體部分含有：儲水槽、填充層、除霧層、視窗及底座等。
       ★循環水部分含有：循環水泵、噴淋系統、螺旋防堵噴嘴、水位控制閥及開關；
       ★加藥系統含有：PH在線檢測儀、計量泵、藥槽儲罐、液位傳感器等；

The process is suitable for the treatment of atmospheric, high concentration of acid and alkaline gases. It is characterized in that the gas-liquid phase contact is increased to the maximum extent, the mass transfer rate of the gas-liquid phase is increased, and the purpose of high-efficiency treatment is achieved. In the chemical washing and absorption process, the concentration and dosage of the agent can be changed according to the change of gas concentration and composition, so that the operation cost is reduced and the treatment efficiency is improved.
Working principle:

After the exhaust gas is collected through a gas collecting hood and a pipeline, the exhaust gas is introduced into a washing tower processing device by using a centrifugal fan, then the exhaust gas is sent to a chimney system by using the centrifugal fan, and then the treated clean air is discharged at high altitude.
The condition for treat that exhaust gas in the washing tow is that a high-pressure nozzle is arranged in a circulating spraying system of the equipment under a certain temperature and pressure, and the fil material adopts a high-efficiency filling material so that the spraying liquid can reach an atomization state. When the gas-liquid phase comes into contact, the components begin to dissolve, i.e. absorb, and the absorption speed will be slowed down and the resolution speed will be increased with the increase of time and the concentration of absorption substance in the solution. Contact with a certain time, the absorption speed and analytical speed is equal, the transfer of gas-liquid phase equilibrium - phase equilibrium. When phase equilibrium is reached, the dissolution process stops. Therefore, it is necessary to replace the cleaning solution at this time, otherwise the absorbed components in the solution may also escape from the liquid phase back to the gas phase to form an analysis.
