 一、 設備概述
蓄熱式廢氣焚燒爐（RTO）是本公司在消化、吸收國內外先進技術的基礎上開發的一種有機廢氣治理設備。該裝置主要利用高效蓄熱材料，通過廢氣氣流的程序切換，將燃燒廢氣的廢熱貯存在蓄熱材料中，用于下一階段進入的廢氣預熱，提高廢氣進氣溫度，回收廢熱，與傳統的高溫焚化以及催化燃燒等工藝相比，具有熱效率高（≥95%）、運行可靠、能處理大風量、中高濃度廢氣等特點。

I. equipment overview
Regenerative waste gas incinerator ( RTO ) is an organic waste gas treatment equipment developed by the company on the basis of digestion and absorption of advanced technologies at home and abroad. The device mainly utilizes a high-efficiency heat storage material to store the waste heat of the combustion waste gas in the heat storage material through the program switching of the waste gas flow, is used for preheating the waste gas entering in the next stage, improves the inlet temperature of the waste gas, recovers the waste heat, and has the characteristics of high heat efficiency ( ≥ 95 % ), reliable operation, capability of processing large air volume, medium and high concentration waste gas and the like compared with the traditional processes of high-temperature incineration, catalytic combustion and the like.
